The Sambardier's Fleurie is made from the flinty soils of the Clos de la Dîme, so typical of this terroir and is full of violets, red berries and spicy overtones.  Fuller-bodied than many wines from this type of ground, this Fleurie makes a great pairing for meat dishes when you're feeling a little thirsty.
