As the name implies, this cuvée is made from the vignerons' oldest Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre vines. Fermented in vats for several weeks, the wine is then matured in new barrels for 12 months. There is no filtering prior to bottling.
The results are sensational. With a strong purple hue in the glass, it yields a vanilla and mocha fragrance with hints of red fruits. The concentration, strength and power of this wine make a lasting impression.
