A European-style Pinot Noir, dry, fresh, lively, elegant and pale in colour. It does, however, exhibit a touch of New World-style fruitiness and - to add to the already complex smorgasbord - a touch of Syrah-style spice on the nose.
Confused? Don't be. This gorgeous Pinot (Vom Berg means 'from the mountain') is some of the easiest drinking you'd be fortunate to meet. It's a food-pairing dream, obvs, but we like it best very lightly chilled and all by itself. And when a wine is this good, frankly... it's all you need.
