The warm 2009 summer perfectly ripened the Pinot Noir grapes used in this lovely wine, and it has a deeper colour than wine produced in cooler years. Dry and full-flavoured, it displays elegant and spicy damson fruit with subtle peppery hints and a succulent, juicy finish. 

A fabulously food-friendly wine, it's outstanding when paired with pâté, pork or goose rillettes or other charcuterie.
